Overleden ‎27 jan 2008 Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA Jacobus P. Jack Bus born in The Netherlands on September 13, 1927, died on Sunday, January 27, 2008 in Lehigh Valley Hospice Care. Jack served in the Dutch Army and fought in the Indonesian War. In 1951, he moved to Canada with his bride, Petronella J. Nel (Van Egmond) Bus. In 1963, they relocated to Rochester, N.Y. and founded the company Aluminum Trim and Shapes. In 1984, with their family, they relocated the business to Allentown, known today as A.T.A.S. International, Incorporated. The company employs more than 110 people and has expanded to four manufacturing plants with operations in 20 states and is known worldwide. Jack was an innovator and is well known and respected in the metal roofing industry. Besides his passion as an entrepreneur, he also enjoyed breeding and showing Friesian horses. He was an active member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Orefield (Bron:The Morning Call, Allentown, Pennsylvania).‎, leeftijd 80 jaar 2).
